Useage
Use this form to create your new account, or add family members to your existing account.
An eReg account is required for registering for programs and courses online.

Creating a New Account
If you provide your email address, you will receive your Personal Bar Code and Family PIN quickly. Otherwise, since the system is not automated, you will receive them within 3-5 business days via mail. If you are under 18 years old, please include your birth date as some programs and courses have age requirements. For quicker results, please register by phone.


Adding Family Members to Your Account
Complete the second portion of this form.
Or, if you already have an account, you can also add family members immediately:
1. Login to eReg
2. Once logged in, click Update Account (near the top)
3. Click Add Client button
